Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Las Vegas, NV)

Silverline Ember Community Partners is a nonprofit in Las Vegas supporting families with food, housing and job help, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving client intake. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with client intake. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
