Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Las Vegas, NV)

Silverline Pine Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Las Vegas, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 186 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with supplier deliveries. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
