Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Las Vegas, NV)

Silverline Umber Arts Center is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for exhibitions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 160 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving exhibitions. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with exhibitions. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
