Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Las Vegas, NV)

Foxglove Bridge Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Las Vegas design routes and schedules, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 986 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with ridership counts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
