Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Las Vegas, NV)

Stonegate Sparrow Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Las Vegas. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving fare systems. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with fare systems. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
