Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Las Vegas, NV)

Harborlight Keystone Care Services is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for caregiver training, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 124 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with caregiver training.
