Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Las Vegas, NV)

Rivermark Quill Health is a healthcare provider in Las Vegas with clinics and support teams, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 25 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
