Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Knoxville, TN)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Meridian Facilities Group and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be vendor coordination. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving customer sites. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with customer sites. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
