Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Knoxville, TN)

Amberfield Junction Manufacturing makes precision components in Knoxville, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving machine downtime. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with machine downtime. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
