Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Knoxville, TN)

Northwind Orchard Arts Center runs a venue and education programmes in Knoxville, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 214 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving event logistics. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with event logistics. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
