Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Knoxville, TN)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Haven Construction and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be vendor coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with change orders. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
