Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Knoxville, TN)

Stonegate Ivory Energy is an energy provider in Knoxville focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. Reliability is the job, and people here take pride in answering the phone at 3 a.m. when needed. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving billing disputes. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with billing disputes. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
