Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Knoxville, TN)

Ironwood Willow Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Knoxville, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving clinical studies. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with clinical studies. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
