Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Knoxville, TN)

Summit Willow Auto Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for parts orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with parts orders. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Knoxville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
