Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Kansas City, MO)

Bluepeak Maple Manufacturing is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for machine downtime, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 836 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving machine downtime. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with machine downtime. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
