Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Kansas City, MO)

Greenridge Hollow Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Kansas City design routes and schedules, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving service alerts. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with service alerts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Kansas City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
