Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Jacksonville, FL)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Sparrow Freight Partners and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be vendor coordination. We reward reliability. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving customer tracking. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with customer tracking. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Jacksonville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
