Harborlight Rowan Facilities Partners is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for safety inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 46 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving safety inspections. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with safety inspections. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
