Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Jacksonville, FL)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Vista Manufacturing Group and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be vendor coordination. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving machine downtime. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with machine downtime. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
