Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Jacksonville, FL)

Silverline Quarry Energy Partners is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for service connections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving service connections. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with service connections. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
