Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Jacksonville, FL)

Bluepeak Wilder Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Jacksonville producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 943 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving release testing. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with release testing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
