Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Jacksonville, FL)

Silverline Birch Freight coordinates shipments and warehousing around Jacksonville. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving carrier rates. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with carrier rates. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
