What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving machine downtime. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with machine downtime. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
