Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Jackson, MS)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Birch Freight and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be vendor coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving loads and lanes. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with loads and lanes. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Jackson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
