Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Jackson, MS)

Foxglove Forge Civic Services works with county and city offices around Jackson, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 107 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving constituent requests. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with constituent requests. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Jackson. • We reply to every applicant.
