Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Jackson, MS)

Summit Timber Pharma is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for release testing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving release testing. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with release testing. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Jackson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
