Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Indianapolis, IN)

Redstone Willow Staffing is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for onboarding, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 16 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving onboarding. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with onboarding. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
