Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Indianapolis, IN)

Silverline Haven Medical Group builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Indianapolis. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 843 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving regulatory submissions. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory submissions. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
