Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Indianapolis, IN)

Greenridge North Pharma is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for cleanroom operations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving cleanroom operations. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with cleanroom operations. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
