Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Indianapolis, IN)

Westbrook Forge Civic Services is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for procurement, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 323 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving procurement. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with procurement. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
