Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Indianapolis, IN)

Harborlight Glen Facilities looks after properties across the Indianapolis region, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving customer sites. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with customer sites. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
