Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Indianapolis, IN)

Greenridge Forge Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Indianapolis with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 36 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving landfill records. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with landfill records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
