Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Indianapolis, IN)

Nova Lakeside Arts Center is an arts centre in Indianapolis with a full calendar of events, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 359 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving event logistics. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with event logistics. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
