Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Houston, TX)

Lumen Nest Housing Partners is a nonprofit housing provider in Houston, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving waiting lists. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with waiting lists. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
