Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Houston, TX)

Silverline West Arts Center is an arts centre in Houston with a full calendar of events. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Houston. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving school partnerships. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with school partnerships. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
