Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Houston, TX)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Field Staffing Group and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be vendor coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 781 people based in Houston. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving onboarding. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with onboarding. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Houston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
