Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Houston, TX)

Highbridge Stone Energy Group supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Houston. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving outage response. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with outage response. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
