Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Houston, TX)

Redstone Beacon Manufacturing is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for machine downtime, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving machine downtime. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with machine downtime.
