Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Houston, TX)

Rivermark Beacon Community Partners Group is a nonprofit in Houston supporting families with food, housing and job help, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Houston. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving grant reporting. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with grant reporting. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
