Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Houston, TX)

Summit Quarry Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Houston area, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving food costs. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with food costs. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
