Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Honolulu, HI)

Northwind Haven Auto Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for warranty claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with warranty claims. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
