Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Honolulu, HI)

Clearpath Field Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Honolulu region, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving customer estimates. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with customer estimates. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
