Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Honolulu, HI)

Clearpath Yarrow Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Honolulu. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving field inspections. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with field inspections. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
