Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Honolulu, HI)

Stonegate West Care Services Group supports families and individuals in Honolulu with personal care and coordination, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
