Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Honolulu, HI)

Foxglove Vale Housing is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for maintenance stores, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving maintenance stores. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with maintenance stores. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
