Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Honolulu, HI)

Amberfield Hollow Freight is a Honolulu logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving dock schedules. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with dock schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
