Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Honolulu, HI)

Westbrook Umber Inspection Services Group is an inspection company in Honolulu with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 81 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with test reports. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
