Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Honolulu, HI)

Westbrook Ridge Construction is a Honolulu contractor with project managers, trades and support staff. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 143 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving change orders. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with change orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
