Harborlight Cobalt Medical is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for clinical evaluations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with clinical evaluations. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
