Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Hartford, CT)

Westbrook Glen Health is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for insurance authorisations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 174 people based in Hartford. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving insurance authorisations. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with insurance authorisations.
